Purchasing and Orders
Submitting an order form and pressing the “Order” or “Finalize Order” button constitutes a payment obligation. Orders initiated through the site qualify as contracts concluded electronically, governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce and services of the information society, and by Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) on contracts concluded at a distance.
The Association reserves the right to reject any order without justification. No legal remedy is available against such refusal.
By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions displayed on the order page as binding.
Order Terms
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
The contract is made between you and Örömfelhő Buddhista Egyesület. Prices listed include VAT exemption and are gross prices.
An invoice request will be emailed after payment is received.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the payment obligation.
Purchase Guide
Events and products can be purchased on the website. Tickets and passes for events are non-refundable but transferable to another person.
Orders are processed via SalesAutopilot forms integrated into the site.
Ordering Process
The user submits an order via the website. The provider sends an email confirmation within 48 hours, including payment terms, which the customer accepts as binding. After payment is received, access to the product (link, password, or relevant information) is sent within 72 hours.
If payment is not completed, the order will be rejected.

Right of Withdrawal
Buyers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days by returning the unopened, unused product.
In this case, the full product price will be refunded within 14 days.
For events, withdrawal is not possible; however, transfer to another person is allowed.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the product is opened or used (see Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.), §5(d)).
Only delivered and paid items may be returned. Refusing or failing to accept delivery does not count as lawful withdrawal.
Guarantees and Promotions
The Association reserves the right to offer discounts or promotions on its products and services from time to time.
Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
The buyer accepts that no compensation or refund will be provided for price changes after purchase.
Final Provisions
Both parties declare that, after reading and understanding this agreement, they accept its terms as binding and agree to be governed by them.
